Muhammad Adil Bin Ahmad Hatib ("I", "me", or "my") operates the Musafir mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the App. Musafir does not require account creation or login.

- Location Data: With your permission, the App accesses your device's location to provide prayer times based on your current location, display the Qibla compass direction, and show nearby restaurants.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version are collected for crash reporting and performance monitoring.
- Flight Information: Flight details you enter (flight number, dates, airports) are stored locally on your device and may be synced to our servers to provide flight status updates.
- Usage Data: Anonymous usage analytics are collected to improve the App experience, including screens visited and features used.
3. How We Use Your Information
The collected information is used to:
- Display accurate prayer times based on your location
- Provide Qibla compass direction
- Show nearby restaurants and dining options
- Track and display flight information you have entered
- Monitor app performance and fix crashes
- Improve the overall user experience

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

5. Data Storage and Security
Flight information and user preferences are stored locally on your device. Data transmitted to servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption. Reasonable measures are taken to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.
6. Data Retention
Locally stored data remains on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the App. Server-side analytics and crash data are retained for up to 12 months and then automatically deleted.

You have the right to:
- Deny or revoke location permissions through your device settings
- Clear locally stored data by clearing the app data or uninstalling
- Request deletion of any server-side data by contacting us at the email below
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. Personal information from children is not knowingly collected. If you believe such information has been inadvertently collected, please contact us so it can be promptly deleted.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and on this page with an updated effective date.
