1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Musafir mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. The App is provided by Muhammad Adil Bin Ahmad Hatib ("I", "me", or "my").
2. Description of Service
Musafir is a travel companion app designed for pilgrims and travellers. The App does not require account creation or login. The App provides the following features:
- Create and track flight itineraries with real-time flight status
- View prayer times based on your current location
- Qibla compass for determining prayer direction
- Discover nearby restaurants and dining options
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Conduct
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of Muhammad Adil Bin Ahmad Hatib and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Location Services
Certain features of the App require access to your device's location services, including prayer times, Qibla compass, and nearby restaurant discovery. You may disable location access at any time through your device settings, though this will limit the functionality of these features.
7. Flight Information
Flight information displayed in the App is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date flight data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of flight information. Always verify flight details directly with your airline.
8. Prayer Times and Qibla Direction
Prayer times and Qibla direction are calculated based on your device's location and standard astronomical algorithms. These are provided as a guide and may vary slightly from local mosque timings. We recommend confirming with local religious authorities when precision is required.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Muhammad Adil Bin Ahmad Hatib shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on flight information, prayer times, or navigation data provided by the App.
11. Termination
The right is reserved to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
13. Changes to This Agreement
This User Agreement may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
